What happens if I cancel my booking?

Reservations can be cancelled and/or modified without penalty according to the “cancellation policy” indicated in this section.

What happens in the event of non-arrival, early departure, cancellation or modification after the deadline?

Up to 2 months before the arrival date no penalty, up to 1 month before 50% of the total stay, up to 1 week before 80% of the total stay, up to 3 days before 90% of the total stay, then 100% of the total stay. No show 100% of the total stay. In the case of bookings for stays of 14 days or more, the cancellation policy may be increased at the discretion of the Management.
